All six cases were acquired COVID-19 overseas and are currently in hotel quarantine, the Department of Health says.
The new case was recorded in the 24 hours to midnight and there are currently 22 active cases across the state.
Authorities administered more than 3500 vaccinations on Saturday with another 13,230 people who got tested for the virus.
This is the 72nd day in a row of no new locally acquired cases.
The total number of confirmed cases in Victoria since the beginning of the pandemic is 20,532.
It comes as the state government announced the State of Emergency in Victoria would be extended to 11.59pm on June 4.
