The division one game will see the Falcons (2-1) eager to get a win back on the board after last week's 5-2 loss to the Strathfieldsaye Dodgers (3-0).
While East (1-2) plans continue with the same form as last round's 23-0 win over the Scots.
East will look to international stars Akihiro Yorita from Japan and Korean Jiwon Choi to help them triumph.
"Jiwon has slotted in really well, he's a great guy and an even better player," East coach Anthony Sherriff said.
"He's been showing such promising signs and will be starting the pitching for us this week against the Falcons."
When the teams met the first time this season in the opening round it was the Falcons who took the win 6-1 over East.
"We had a great game in round one against them and this week we're definitely looking to bounce back," Sherriff said.
Sherriff said the team's progression continued to improve each match.
"We're looking strong," he said.
"We played the Dodgers in round two, we unfortunately didn't get the win, but we showed plenty of promise."
Meanwhile, Scots will have an even tougher task on their hands when they host the undefeated Dodgers at home in the other round four division one match.
