An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson confirmed a man in his 30s was airlifted to the Alfred Hospital in stable condition.
They said a woman in her 20s was transported to Bendigo Hospital in stable condition.
The third person was assessed on scene and didn't need further treatment.

Emergency services are responding to a truck crash at Betley, near Dunolly.
Victoria Police, Ambulance Victoria, and the Country Fire Authority were called to the incident just after 2.40pm on Tuesday.
A CFA spokesperson said a truck had gone off the road and hit a tree.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson confirmed paramedics were assessing three people.
The spokesperson said an air ambulance had been sent to the scene.
The CFA listed the situation as under control at 3.05pm. Fire crews were still clearing some diesel that had leaked onto the road.
