Qantas said the decision to increase the number of flights between Sydney and Bendigo was made in response to strong demand.
"It's fantastic to see the local community has really supported this route and we're pleased to be able to respond by adding more flights to give them more choice about when they travel," QantasLink chief executive John Gissing said.
"The additional flights not only mean we'll be offering Bendigo travellers more seats than we did prior to COVID, but also more than we've offered on the route ever before."
In total it will mean an additional 500 seats are available on the route each week.

"We are already at a pre COVID-19 flight schedule and for Qantas to announce more flights so soon after returning to this schedule shows our service has been well utilised," Bendigo mayor Jen Alden said.
"Both residents and businesses were making great use of these flights before COVID-19 and its great to see peoples confidence returning.
"The additional flights will give travellers more flights to choose from, making the service more convenient for residents, businesses and visitors.
"With flexible ticket options and even more flights coming on line, we hope to see continued use of this service in the coming months."
