A video taken of a speeding teenage driver shows her car was travelling at 200 kilometres an hour, police say.

Victoria Police said the 18-year-old from Wyuna, near Echuca, was stopped in Mooroopna about 7.45pm on Wednesday.
"Officers spotted two 18-year-old female passengers, in the sedan, in breach of the drivers P1 probationary passenger restriction," police said.
"Further investigation revealed the driver, who had only had her licence for 20 days, had been travelling at 180km/h and had videoed and shared the event.

"After viewing the video, which showed the vehicle hit a speed of 200km/h, the woman was interviewed for reckless conduct endangering person and other driving related matters."
The woman was released and will be charged on summons.
