A cool change sweeping across the state is due to reach central Victoria early on Tuesday afternoon, bringing rain and gusty winds.

The front delivered about five millimetres of rain to parts of southern and western Victoria on Tuesday morning.
Temperatures also dropped below 10 degrees at Ballarat after the change came through about 10.30am, with winds gusting to around 40 kilometres per hour.
Any rainfall will be welcomed by the region's farmers, who see Anzac Day as a milestone on the grain sowing calendar.
So far this month, just 1.8 millimetres of rain has been recorded at Bendigo. The average for April is close to 35mm.
