The winner was in high spirits after receiving the call.
She said she couldn't wait to share the prize with her family and spoil herself with some much needed holidays.
"Holy hell! Are you sure you're talking to the right person?" she told The Lott.
"Can you repeat what you just said? One million dollars?
"Are you sure you're not scamming me? I wasn't even going to answer this call, but I am so glad I did. What! What! What! This is insane!"
The winner said she was "astounded" to hear that she was a winner.
"Are you really sure? I have only just woken up; I am not even out of bed yet!" she said.
"I am astounded!... Oh dear me! I need to recover from this shock!
"A millionaire? Me? Who would've thought! "I want to sing.. I am so happy."
When asked how she planned to enjoy life as a millionaire, the winner thought of her family first.
"Well, we will definitely share most of it with our kids," she said.
"I do want to spoil myself as well...I'd love to go on a few trips too!"
