Ballarat topped the list of regional fundraising towns, contributing $123,231 towards this year's final tally.
Bendigo ranked 11th out of the 12 regions listed, with a $59,882 donation.
Echuca - Moama ranked third, giving $83,105 to the appeal, which celebrated a milestone 90th year.

The Echuca CFA raised more than $23,000, taking to social media to thank the community for its support.
CFA collectors throughout the state raised $1,028,328, in what was the organisation's 70th year of support for the appeal.
Good Friday Appeal executive director Rebecca Cowan said it was humbling to see everyone come together with the singular mission of helping the Royal Children's Hospital remain a world-class facility.
The 2021 appeal raised a total of $17,122,879.

Funds raised will go towards equipment, including upgraded medical imaging ultrasound machines, and a new virtual care program.
"We're overjoyed by the generosity of Victorian communities and beyond on this momentous 90th Good Friday Appeal," Ms Cowan said.
"We understand that for many families the last 12 months have continued to be challenging. To everyone who participated, whether you've held a fundraiser, donated, purchased a raffle ticket or tuned into the Channel 7 telethon, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts."

The Good Friday Appeal has contributed more than $399 million to the Royal Children's Hospital since the fundraiser started in 1931.
CFA chief officer Jason Heffernan congratulated all the CFA members involved in raising support for this year's appeal.
"It was a fantastic effort and you and your communities should be proud," Mr Heffernan said.
