More than 40 acts including Bill Barber, Sherri Parry, Alawishus Jones & The Outright Lies, Erica Hawkey Band and David Turpie will perform at six different venues as well as pop-up busking stages around town.
BBRMF director Colin Thompson said it was the biggest music line-up they have presented since the 2019 festival.

"The biggest benefit we have over a major event where it is all contained on one site, is that all the pieces are relatively small and controllable, so it makes the full program possible," he said.
"It's more than 40 acts all up, which includes the acts who are playing sets around town for the pop-up busking stages we've programmed."
Among the venues hosting acts is The Metropolitan Hotel which traditionally fills Bull Street with music over the Easter weekend.
"There's six music venues doing multiple days of music, some ticketed, some free entry, but all packed with great talent on stage," Thompson said.
"It's great that (Metropolitan owner) Andrew Lethlean and the team have been able to return to staging music in Bull Street again after missing out all year last year.
"Although that event is usually free entry, I'm hopeful punters appreciate that the Bull Street Live crew has had to make it a ticketed event this year, under the current circumstances."
Thompson said with ever-changing COVID-safe restrictions, it was a chance to create a number of smaller events.
"With truly big events, it really is a case of 'the bigger they are the harder they fall," he said.
"So I think it's important that people get out and enjoy the grass-roots level music events happening around us all the time, as we never know when we might get locked down again.
"We really have to appreciate what we've got in our music-rich city."
