A GAS cylinder appears to have been involved in a shed fire in Maiden Gully, a CFA spokesperson said.
Firefighters had the fire under control shortly before 12.30pm.
One person was taken into the care of Ambulance Victoria.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said it did not appear anyone needed treatment or transport.

FIREFIGHTERS are working to contain a shed fire in Maiden Gully.
The fire, on Dawson Drive, is not yet under control.
Firefighters from the Country Fire Authority and Fire Rescue Victoria are responding.

The CFA has advised people in the area to stay informed and monitor conditions.
There is no threat to the community, the advice message says.
Smoke might be visible from nearby roads and communities.
Crews are believed to have arrived on scene to find the shed fully alight.
A CFA spokesperson said firefighters received the call shortly after 11.30am.
A neighbour said they heard a loud bang.
The fire appeared to have damaged a nearby caravan.
