THE Bendigo Pioneers have hinted at a raft of changes ahead of their round seven NAB League girls game against Dandenong at Epsom-Huntly on Saturday.
"At this stage there could be up to eight changes, which in essence is great for our program that we are able to give opportunities to so many girls throughout the Pioneers region," coach Danny O'Bree said on Thursday.
"The NAB League is a development program and for us if we can allow a number of girls to play football at this level then it's great for our program."
Tara Slender, Bryde O'Rourke, Jemma Finning, Lexi Gregor and Lily Den Houting all come back into the side from injury, while Elizabeth Snell returns after playing with Essendon's VFLW team.
"Elizabeth was outstanding last weekend and showed that she is capable of going to the next level; it was great to see her named in the best for the Essendon in her first game," O'Bree said.
The Pioneers are 1-4, while the Stingrays are 3-2.
"Dandenong moves the ball extremely well and has been playing good football for all four quarters. We will need to be switched on for the whole game and work together to move the ball and play the Pioneers way," O'Bree said.
Saturday's game starts at 12.30pm.
