A teenager has been flown to Melbourne's The Alfred hospital following a crash near St Arnaud.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said the young woman was airlifted in a serious but stable condition with multiple injuries.

AN AIR ambulance has been sent to a crash near St Arnaud, after it left a woman in a serious condition.
Paramedics were assessing a woman at the scene shortly before 10am, who had suspected lower body injuries.
Ambulance Victoria said paramedics were called to the crash about 8am.
