Victoria's new internationally-acquired case is in an air crew member in hotel quarantine.
It is one of two known active cases of internationally-acquired COVID-19 in the state.
The other four of the state's six active cases are locally acquired.
None of the state's known active cases are being treated in hospital.
More than 1070 doses of COVID-19 vaccines were administered yesterday at Victorian hospital vaccination hubs.
Almost 15,500 doses of vaccines have been administered in Victoria since February 22, when the vaccination program started.

VICTORIA'S streak of zero new community COVID-19 cases has continued, with the state's one new case reported acquired overseas.
It marks the state's 11th day without community transmission. Six cases remain active in the state.
It comes as Australia's top public servant is set to face the Senate's coronavirus response committee.

Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet secretary Phil Gaetjens is expected to face questions about his efforts to better coordinate restrictions between the states.
Mr Gaetjens is working with his state and territory counterparts on analysing changing risk profiles, as vaccinations boost Australia's efforts to remain on top of the virus.
The immunisation program has fueled hopes that the days of state border closures and snap lockdowns may be over.
The state Department of Health received a total 8851 test results in the 24 hours to midnight Monday.
