Fourteen-year-old Tavian was last seen on February 14. Police say he may be in Long Gully, Kangaroo Flat or Eaglehawk areas.
He is 155 centimetres tall with a slim build.

Police have concerns about his welfare due to his age and medical conditions.
They have released an image of Tavian in the hope that someone can recognise him and provide information about his whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Tavian is urged to contact Bendigo Police Station on 5448 1300.
