The tournament is being held at the Bonnie Doon Golf Club and will be contested across four rounds (72 holes) among a field that includes both men, women and amateurs.
The layout relies on golfers to focus on strategy and ball placement across the course located in Sydney's southern suburbs that features undulating greens, waste areas, thin rough and numerous bunkers.
Mueck and Martin will play in a strong field that includes TPS Rosebud winner Brad Kennedy, rising star Elvis Smylie who will make his professional debut, 2019 Axedale Pro Am winner Chris Wood and plenty of others.
Mueck is first out of the club house of the Bendigo duo and will tee off at 9.20AM on Thursday alongside Jarrod Stirling and Jack Walden.
Martin is among the afternoon players and will tee off at 1.05pm with Robyn Choi and Aaron Pike.
There is plenty of attention on Smylie this week who will be eager to make a strong professional debut, especially on the back of finishing TPS Rosebud as runner-up to Kennedy.
"I felt so confident the week after Rosebud and to this day I'm extremely confident of what I've achieved and what I am capable of doing," Smylie said.
"There has been a lot of blood, sweat and tears that has gone into it. It's what I've wanted since I was a young kid and I can't wait to make my debut this week and get amongst it right away."
