FIBER optic repair crews have fixed a damaged cable and restored services to Rushworth.
The crews made the repairs by 3.30am on Wednesday morning and have confirmed that ADSL services and 3G/4G mobile services are back.
Telstra is yet to confirm whether landline phone services are back.
The company hopes to finish those checks during business hours.

DAMAGE to a Telstra cable has sparked a telephone and internet service outage in Rushworth.
Telstra estimated up to 200 fixed line phone services, 40 ADSL internet customers and 3G and 4G services were affected.
A spokesperson said the cable was damaged after it was cut by a third party, unrelated to Telstra, while digging near Kyabram.
"We've fast-tracked technicians to the site to repair the fibre and restore services," the Telstra spokesperson said.
More to come.
