The annual count tallies the number of riders at key intersections and bike trails across the state.
Data collected by the Bicycle Network is done so on behalf of councils, who use the information to assess local bike networks and plan future upgrades.
Bendigo was one of 17 Victorian local government areas that participated in the count, across 33 count locations.

Bicycle Network spokesperson Anthea Hargreaves said the count will be used to see how commuting habits may have changed since more people were working from home due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The count was last conducted in early March last year, prior to restrictions.
"Super Tuesday will help us understand how many people who have started going back to the office are also getting on their bikes after catching the cycling craze during lockdowns," Ms Hargreaves said.
Bike Bendigo president Nicola Dunnicliff-Wells said a 10-to-15 minute bike ride might not sound like it makes a big difference to your health and wellbeing, but it does.
"If you can squeeze in a bike ride to get somewhere on a regular basis, you'll feel so much better," Ms Dunnicliff-Wells said.
"You don't have to necessarily ride on the same roads you would drive on and I would recommend not using busy roads for recreational riding.
"Choosing a tree-lined residential street to ride on is such a great stress reliever and way to process your day."
In 2020, the three busiest count locations were at the Bendigo Back Creek Trail at Williamson and Mundy streets and the Napier and Nolan Street intersections.
The 2021 Super Tuesday figures will be tallied and collated to form a report, outlining traffic at each of the 33 locations.
