The Beasties only won one of the three rinks, but Helen Clough's 32-12 demolition of Vicky Tierney was enough for East to sneak home by the narrowest of margins - 59 shots to 58.
Inglewood's Lorraine Rowley defeated East's Karen Brennan 22-16, while Bev Taig scored a 24-11 win over Melissa Roberts.
East plays Kangaroo Flat in the grand final on Friday, March 12.
