The Tigers, for the first time since 2016, will field teams in all five grades of the competition, with hopes high they will be ultra-competitive in all of them.
That is certainly the case with the club's A-grade team, which will be striving to improve on its seventh-place finish in 2019.
The Tigers ended the season with a 4-11-1 record, with the bulk of those wins achieved in the first half of the season before an unfortunate run of injuries wreaked havoc on their fortunes.
Kyneton netball operations manager Julie Priestley said the fact the Tigers were able to field a full complement of teams have given them plenty of impetus for the season ahead.
"There's been a huge amount of work go into it, so it's very exciting for everyone at Kyneton," she said.
"There was a lot of hard work done by our previous netball director Cara Grambeau and (former senior coach) Di Guest-Oakley to get those teams up, especially from Di to get the 17-and-unders back out there and obviously the senior teams in the past few years.
"It's very exciting to have the full five teams out there, it's a real big win for us."
The Tigers last contested the 17-and-under competition in 2016, while their A-grade team returned to action in the last season played in 2019 after a season's absence in 2018.
Priestley expects the A-grade team, to be coached by former Goulburn Valley league player Tylah Marchbank, will be highly competitive.
"I feel it's one of the stronger teams we've had for the last few years, which is exciting," she said.
"The Mangan girls (Rachelle, Jessica and Brooke) are all back, so too are Michelle Fletcher and Steph Penning; our midcourt with Tegan Beckerley is coming through, while Ash Feehan has followed Tylah to the club, and obviously getting Tylah back after a knee injury is exciting.
"Then we will have young Claire Oakley in the A-grade, who's an exciting player."
Oakley, a member of Netball Victoria's elite development squad, will also line up for Victorian Netball League club Melbourne University Lightning's 17-and-under team during 2021, and will add plenty of skill and enthusiasm at goal attack.

- Julie Priestley
Priestley praised Marchbank' early influence on the squad.
"She has brought a lot of energy and is really focusing on the girls' fitness," she said.
"The girls are super-fit and are now turning their focus to match play with the praccy matches we have coming up over the next month."
"I think our A-squad is looking really strong."
The Tigers will be participants in the AFL Central Vic Cup and will also play Macedon in a practice match ahead of their season opener at Kyneton on April 10 against the Bulldogs.
Priestley said the club was fortunate to retain former A-grade coach Guest-Oakley as its junior coach after she had done a power of work in recent years coaching all of the Tigers' teams.
"The girls Di has got now with the 17-and-unders, she has brought them through from the under-15s in the Kyneton Netball Association," she said.
"This has been her project over the last few years, to bring these girls from the junior ranks through to the 17-and-unders.
"It was great seeing her plan come to fruition. It would have happened in 2020, but due to COVID we didn't get there, but we're glad we're there now."
The Tigers are still on the lookout for a B-squad coach. For details or applications email kfnc.secretary@gmail.com
