The 28-year-old appeared in the Bendigo Magistrates' Court on Friday where he pleaded guilty to 10 charges, including behaving in a riotous manner and criminal damage.
The court heard on the afternoon of November 24 last year, the man went to speak to his partner at a Bendigo bus stop. The woman had an intervention order against the man.

After the woman didn't respond, the man sniffed a can of paint and became aggressive, yelling at the victim and walking into oncoming traffic.
The court heard the man punched busses and hit cars. He also knocked over bins before throwing a bag of clothes onto the road.
The man went to collect the clothes from the road and a driver stopped in front of him.
The court heard the man ran at the car, smashing the vehicle's windscreen.
He then hopped onto the roof of the car and jumped up and down, causing significant damage to the vehicle.
The man returned to his partner and swung an open palm at her. He tried to walk away from the scene but the woman and other witnesses followed him.
Bystanders eventually pinned the man down until police arrived and arrested him. He was on bail at the time for theft and other family violence offences.
Defence lawyer Robert Timms told the court the man had no memory of the November 2020 offending and was shocked when he saw the CCTV footage of the incident.
Mr Timms said the man had written three letters of apology to the victim and acknowledged the victim must have been terrified.
The defence lawyer requested the man undergo a Forensicare assessment to determine the man's neurological state.
Mr Timms said the man had already served 135 days in custody but would need support once released from prison.
Magistrate Russell Kelly agreed, remanding the man in custody so he could undergo the Forensicare assessment.
The man is due to return to court in April for sentencing.
