Players from over 30 different Victorian clubs converged at Neangar Park on Sunday for the Golf Australia 4BBB Qualifier.

With the weather forecast to hit the mid 30s tee times were set early and golfers were able to get their round in before it became too hot.
The men's section was won by Neangar Park members Bryan Martin and David Ashman (46 points) who won via countback over fellow Parkians Greg Thomas and Steven Pope, followed by Neil Bradford and Mark Griffits (Willaura GC) with 45 points.
The women's division was won by Irene Davey (Seymour GC) and Jen Le Cerf (Clifton Springs GC) on 45 points, Jayne Young and Gayle Gerrish (Neangar Park GC) in second with 39 c/b over Annette Brown and Noela Henning (Neangar Park GC) on 39.
The mixed was won by Biljana and John Krunic (Hepburn Springs GC) on 42 points, with Kristy and Darren Mcintyre in second with 40 points countback over Kerry McCuskey (Neangar Park) and Stephen Turner (Bendigo GC) in third.
The winning pairs will now progress to the Victorian Four-Ball State Final to be played next month.
The finalists from across the state will play a 36-hole final on the Morning Peninsula at Sorrento GC and The National on Monday 15 and Tuesday 16 March.

Meanwhile at Neangar Park, the club held its annual general meeting on Monday night.
One of the main topics covered at the meeting was the ongoing development of the club's new "Pitch n Putt" course and driving range scheduled to open later this year.
