The Sutton Grange winemaker was recognised as one of the industry's 2018 young guns of wine.

Now, those who are not in the know can find her thanks to a new Behind the Vines online directory that pairs customers with the perfect local wine for their tastes.

"If you are interested in alternative varieties or certain wine styles it allows you to connect with wineries you might not have heard of," she said.

People can log onto the site and answer a simple questionnaire which then sorts through 400 Victorian listings to find a drink that best suits their palate.

They can also plan trips using suggestions from a curated list based on each region.

Wine Victoria chair Angie Bradbury said there had never been a simple, one-stop-shop for visitors to connect with producers.

"We know people want to support Victorian businesses and we needed to make it a whole lot easier for that to happen," she said.
