The event is scheduled for April 18 at the All Seasons Hotel with Mr Pascoe receiving a number of bookings from vendors eager to visit.
"We have nearly got full house of bookings already," he said. "There are 27 tables usually available and 23 booked already. A lot are keen to come because they haven't been doing fairs for most of the last year.
"People have bought a lot of record players this year, so people want to buy records and have a bit of a dig (for something special)."

Mr Pascoe said the event's COVID-safe plans will be in line with what the All Seasons decides is safe.
"Basically, we will be subject to the COVID plans that the All Seasons have in place. What they have in place is what we will be following.
"They can pull plug on event if they feel it necessary and I can as well. But we are planning on going ahead at this stage. It just comes down to what restrictions the state government have in place on the day.
"If this goes ahead, given way COVID has knocked out events, we are anticipating a lot of people turning up."
Last year, Mr Pascoe cancelled the second of his two planned record fairs as well as pop culture event Bendi-Con. He is hopeful of Bendi-Con returning this year.
"We pulled plug on Bendi-Con (2020) fairly early in the year," he said. "The last record fair went OK, we had a nearly full house of vendors and enough turned up to make everyone happy.
"It is frustrating that we couldn't do (Bendi-Con) but it did give me a chance to put things on pause, take stock and have a breather. So it was frustrating on one level and relaxing in another.
"We have a date and venue (for this year's Bendi-Con) being announced soon. At this stage we are planning for it to happen."
