Melbourne Airport's Terminal Four has been added to the list of Victoria's tier one COVID-19 exposure sites.

It comes after the Brunetti cafe in Terminal Four was added to the same list of exposure sites earlier on Friday.

The positive case was in Terminal Four from 4:45am to 2:00pm on February 9. Brunetti's was an exposure site between 4:45am and 1:15pm that day.

Anyone who visited the cafe, the terminal, or any of the other tier one exposure sites on the list needs to get a COVID-19 test and immediately isolate for 14 days.

Premier Daniel Andrews is due to hold a media conference at 1pm.

The five cases of COVID-19 community transmission added to Victoria's tally this morning were confirmed yesterday, the Department of Health has clarified.

The Holiday Inn Melbourne Airport outbreak remains at 13 cases.

Five new locally acquired cases of COVID-19 have been added to Victoria's tally, bringing the number of active cases of the virus in the state to 19.

"One of these cases was formally reported after midnight but has been included in yesterday's numbers as public health actions began yesterday, including the case interview," the Department of Health said in a social media statement.

More than 24,000 test results were received.

There were no new cases acquired interstate or overseas.

Further details are expected to be provided later today.

The Loddon Mallee Rapid Response Testing Team is continuing testing in Gisborne in response to Sunbury's exposure sites.

The walk-in clinic at the Gisborne Senior Citizens Centre is open from 9am to 5.30pm.

No appointment is necessary to attend the clinic, which is at 8 Hamilton Street in Gisborne.

THE Health Department has added an extra two confirmed COVID-19 cases and added a new exposure site overnight.

Both new cases are household contacts of previously announced Holiday Inn quarantine Hotel cases.

It brings the total number of cases connected to the outbreak at the Melbourne hotel to 13.

Authorities have also warned anyone at Melbourne Airport's Terminal 4, between 04:45am - 1:15pm last Tuesday to isolate and seek testing immediately.

The site is the newest one to be added to a list of potential exposure sites.
