The Australian fast bowler took three wickets for her Melbourne Premier Cricket club Plenty Valley in its win over Ringwood.
In her first game since suffering a stress fracture in her foot on the eve of last March's World T20 Cup, Vlaeminck took figures of 3-27 off seven overs and completed a run out in a confidence-boosting performance.
Vlaeminck's spell with the new ball helped Plenty Valley dismiss Ringwood for 166 - 16 runs short of the visitors' score.
It was a victory with a strong Bendigo flavour. As well as Vlaeminck's strong return, teenager Jasmine Nevins had a career-best day with the bat for Plenty Valley.
Nevins, who earlier this year created BDCA history by becoming the first female cricketer to play in the second XI competition, posted her maiden half-century at women's Premier Cricket first XI one-day level.
The Kangaroo Flat right-hander made 51 off 84 balls to be the backbone of Plenty Valley's total of 182. Vlaeminck batted at number five and made eight in a 17-run stand with Nevins.
Later in the day, Nevins played her role with the ball by taking 1-30 off nine overs.
After nine rounds of the season, Plenty Valley is in sixth place on the ladder with a 3-6 record.
Meanwhile, James Ryan made his maiden first XI half-century for Essendon in Premier Cricket action on Saturday.
The former Bendigo left-hander made 56 off 91 balls in the Bombers' 11-run loss to Casey-South Melbourne. Earlier in the day, fellow BDCA products Liam Bowe (2-34) and James Seymour (2-38) bowled well for Essendon.
In his first game back from Melbourne Stars duty, Seymour made one with the bat.
Former White Hills player Brayden Stepien was dismissed for 19 in his first game back with Carlton after a stint with the Melbourne Renegades.
