In heavy rain, the store usually takes on water due to a blocked drain in the rear of the property.
With rain pouring in Bendigo this morning, the CBD store again flooded with water an inch deep and approaching the aisles.
Senior staff member Lisa Ansaldi said the water came through the rear of the store.
"It was an inch deep inside and two inches outside," she said.
"We got buckets, mops and nappies to soak it up. The nappies are a go-to thing for us. We find the biggest ones we can.
"It took us about an hour to sort it out. We didn't have many customers at that point so all the staff could help."
The store has flooded before with staff being forced to move their storeroom to higher ground in previous years.
