The Central Victoria Response Unit searched an Averys Road address about 8.30am on Friday.
Sergeant Andrew Bowen said police found a sophisticated hydroponic cannabis set up at the property.
Police also seized a number of items from both the house and the garage.
Bendigo Crime Scene Services, the Victoria Police Forensic Services Department and Powercor attended the scene.
There have been no arrests in relation to the raid.
Police have urged anyone with information to call the Bendigo Police Station on 5448 1300 or to make a confidential report to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or online.
