Police are investigating the theft of a car and a motorbike from a property near Echuca.

The motor vehicles were stolen from a property in Fairy Dell, 33 kilometres south of Echuca, between 2pm on January 16 and 12.30pm on January 17.
The vehicles stolen were a 2013 Toyota Landcrusiser with the registration ZPA 094 and an orange KTM 2014 motor bike.
