The top two teams in each pool at the completion of five rounds qualifies for the semi-finals on February 9.
The match of the round in pool one on Tuesday night is at Strathfieldsaye where Emu Creek (1-1) hosts United (2-0).
With top team Mandurang having the bye, United could jump to the top of the table with a win, while Emu Creek needs a big win to keep its slim finals hopes alive.
In the other pool one match, Marong (0-2) is at home to West Bendigo (1-1).
In pool two, Spring Gully (2-0) appears to have a mortgage on one finals berth.
The Crows are at home against Axe Creek (0-2) on Tuesday night, while the winner of the California Gully (1-1) versus Sedgwick (1-1) game will be in the box seat to join Spring Gully in the finals.
