Martin fired a six-under par 65 to share victory with Tim Hart.
Martin's rounded started disatrously when he double-bogeyed his first hole - the par-four 17th.
After three-straight pars from the 18th to the second hole, Martin's round gathered momentum with birdies on the third and fourth holes.
Two more birdies on the front nine pushed him to two-under card, before he catapulted into contention with four birdies in five holes from the 11th to the 15th.
Hart equalled Martin's score and the duo finished three shots ahead of Marcus Fraser and David Bransdon.
In addition to the winner's share of the prize purse, both Hart and Martin will have the opportunity to borrow a brand new BMW of their choice to drive to next week's Gippsland Super 6.
