The two men's and women's events will carry $US100,000 in prize money and will attract a high calibre of players as they prepare for their Australian Open assault.
The first tournament runs from January 18-24, with the second event to follow from January 25-January 31.
Bendigo Tennis Association general manager James Rouel said spectators would be allowed to attend the events.
"We're really excited, this is really good for Bendigo,'' Rouel said.
"We will be able to have crowds in some capacity, with the finer details of that still to be ironed out.
"Predominantly this will be an Australian-only event unless the players were already in the country. Most of the players from overseas that are coming for the Australian Open will be in quarantine while this event is on.
"We have one of the best facilities across Australia and that's the reason why we've got this event and why we've had events in previous years.
"It's exciting to have quality players right here in Bendigo."
The UTR Pro Tour consists of singles-only events for men and women ranked 200-2000.
The main draw consists of eight groups of four players each. The round-robin group stages will run from Sunday to Wednesday.
All matches will be best two out of three sets, with regular scoring.
The play-off rounds will be single elimination and consist of three draws of eight players depending on the player's group finishing (first, second, or third) and will run from Thursday to Sunday. All matches will be best two out of three sets, with regular scoring.
