Brayden Stepien's superb 2020 saw him rank inside the top five for the most runs made in Premier Cricket competitions across Australia.
In statistics compiled by Cricket New South Wales statistician Adam Morehouse, Stepien made 1010 runs for the calendar year in Premier Cricket.
That was good enough to be ranked fifth in Australia for the calendar year, behind South Australian Brad Davis (1129), Queensland duo Nathan McSweeney (1126) and Lachlan Pfeffer (1092) and West Australian Chris Sabburg (1047).
The former White Hills keeper-batsman was the only Victorian to make the top 10 albeit his highest score of the year - 223 - was made during his brief stint in Tasmanian Premier Cricket.
Stepien has made 361 runs in four games for Carlton this summer to lead the competition from fellow BDCA product James Seymour (331).
Including the double-century in Tasmania, Stepien's past five innings in Premier Cricket were - 223, 50, 157 not out, 88 and 68.
