Fire Rescue Victoria crews are investigating the small fire that they contained to the storage area and extinguished.
They have closed a one way section of road between Williamson Street and Mitchell Street.

Police are understood not to have been called to incident at this stage and the fire is currently believed not to be suspicious.
Diners at cafe Cortille were evacuated as the fire broke out at about 11am.
