A total of 4907 people were tested for the virus on Christmas Day and health authorities are running testing sites in popular holiday spots Torquay, Lorne, and the Mornington Peninsula.
There remain 10 active cases of COVID-19 in Victoria.

Their diagnosis has been linked to the Avalon cluster, which on Christmas Day had reached 108 cases in total.
Authorities are also increasingly concerned that an outbreak is forming in Sydney's city centre and have urged people not to visit the area.
In Queensland, a second person who travelled to Australia on a superyacht has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
The boat is now at the centre of a police investigation.
