The Spirit went through the north Queensland hub winless, but some individual performances highlighted the season.
Lavey and Ernst were named joint winners of the most valuable player award, while 17-year-old Dunlop was named the club's rising star recipient.
Lavey was 10th in the league in scoring at 15.2 points per game, while she also averaged 4.8 rebounds and 5.9 assists per match (third in the WNBL).
Ernst averaged 14.8 points, 7.5 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game.
"I want to thank all the sponsors, Tracy, Mark, the support staff, I think they really helped us stick together during the season,'' Lavey said.
"This wouldn't have been able to happen without the team as well. I really enjoyed playing with the girls. I love playing with Carley in our sixth season together.
"I couldn't be happier and proud to share this award with Carl. We're pretty good mates, it's a pretty speical award this one, for sure.
"I feel very fortunate."
Ernst paid tribute to the club for supporting the players during a tough 2020.
"A massive thank you to Bendigo and everyone that was involved for making the season happen,'' Ernst said.
"It was a lot, but now I look back on it it was actually so much fun.
"There were a few new faces in the team and I've made friends for life."
Dunlop's rookie season was one of the good news stories for the Spirit.
The teenager didn't look out of place in the eight games she played and has a bright future in the WNBL.
"I'm just grateful...I went into this not expecting anything and I'e taken away from this experience more than I could ever hope for,'' she said.
"I'm just so grateful to the coaching staff - Tracy and Mark. It was an amazing experience and I don't think anything will ever top of it.
"I want to give a huge shout out to the team. I was scared cackless going into that hub and they treated me better than I could ever hoped for. I would never have gone on to the court with that confidence without those girls."
