The Bureau of Meteorology has warned heavy rainfall on Tuesday could lead to flash flooding in the region.
Rain may ease on Tuesday morning but will increase in the middle of the day.

The bureau was expected widespread rainfall totals of about 20mm to 40mm. There also could be thunderstorms and localised falls of 50mm to 70mm.
Maryborough and Daylesford were among the towns that could be effected.
During the wind warning, the State Emergency Service has advised:
- Trees damaged by heat or fire may be more likely to fall when it is windy or wet
- Loose items, such as outdoor furniture, umbrellas and trampolines should be safely secured
- Vehicles should be moved undercover or away from trees
- To stay indoors away from windows
- Anyone outdoors should move to a safe place indoors, staying away from trees, drains, gutters, creeks and waterways
- To pull over away from trees, drains, low-lying areas and flood water if driving conditions are dangerous
- To avoid dangerous hazards such as mud, debris, damaged roads and fallen trees
- Stay away from fallen power lines and assume they are live
- Monitor weather warnings, forecasts and river levels at VicEmergency
