Powercor has thanked customers for their patience following an outage that briefly affected more than 500 customers.
A spokesperson attributed the outage to an issue with an underground cable.
Power to the 530 affected customers went out shortly before 12:10pm.
Most of those customers - all except for 10 - had power again within 10 minutes.
Power to the final 10 customers was restored at 12:52pm.
"We thank customers for their patience as our crews worked to restore power as safely and as quickly as possible," the Powercor spokesperson said.
They said customers could get outage text message alerts by signing up on the Powercor website.

All unplanned outages in Bendigo appear to have been resolved.
12:50pm
A power outage affecting hundreds of properties in Bendigo and Quarry hill appears to have mostly resolved.
Ten Powercor customers in Quarry Hill are still affected by outages.
An issue at Stanley Street, Quarry Hill, is under investigation and is expected to be resolved by 3pm.
Powercor is being contacted for comment.

ABOUT 530 properties in Bendigo and Quarry Hill are without power, according to Powercor.
The organisation is investigating an issue at Gladstone Street, Quarry Hill.
