Victoria's first new COVID-19 cases in six weeks were recorded on the weekend, five on Saturday, one on Sunday.
A new case on Monday brought the state's total active cases to 7, all confined to hotel quarantine.

Victoria's international arrivals are currently capped at an average of 160 passengers per day. In the previous hotel quarantine program about 1 per cent of returned travelers tested positive.
