Yesterday, saw 11,578 test results received by Victorians.
Among those results were the two international travellers in mandatory quarantine in Victoria yesterday after arriving in Sydney and skipping quarantine.
They each returned a negative result for their second COVID-19 test. Their initial tests were also negative.
Following the start of the United Kingdom's COVID-19 vaccination program, the Australian government has made it clear it will follow a similar rollout.
The elderly, vulnerable groups and health and aged care workers will be the first in line for a vaccine, with the aim for the full population to be vaccinated by the end of next year.
