The Lynx prevailed 95-79, with the Spirit now 0-9 and left with just four chances remaining to avoid a winless season.
In her milestone match Lavey was the Spirit's standout player
Lavey spent all 40 minutes on court and scored 23 points to go with seven rebounds, five assists and three steals.
Lavey's 23-point game came after she also led the scoring for the Spirit in their previous two matches with 17 against Canberra and 33 against Adelaide.
Shaping as a genuine opportunity for Bendigo to break through for its first win given Perth has also struggled this season, the Spirit made the early running.
The Spirit led by nine points, 19-10, during the first term, before going into quarter-time up 22-16.
However, the Lynx gained the ascendancy with a 30-14 second term to turn their six-point deficit at quarter-time into a 10-point advantage at half-time.
The Spirit were unable to get any closer than nine during the second half as the Lynx notched their second win of the season - both having come against Bendigo.
Lavey (23), Demi Skinner (17) and Carley Ernst (16) combined to score 56 of Bendigo's 79 points.
Skinner nailed five three-pointers among her 17 points.
The Spirit returns to the court on Saturday against the Melbourne Boomers in Cairns.
