The council advises there is a limited number of bags, and there might be a line and wait time to manage numbers inside the centre and ensure social distancing is maintained.
The tulip dig held in years past at the end of the display has typically attracted scores of people keen to adorn their own gardens with the bright blooms.

This year's tulip display numbered about 50,000 bulbs.
While the coronavirus health crisis restricted the number of people able to visit the city and enjoy the flowers in person, efforts to take the display further afield by digital means proved a success.
The Bendigo Visitor Centre, located on Pall Mall, is open every day from 9am to 4pm.
