PIINPI: CONTEMPORARY INDIGENOUS FASHION
Piinpi: Contemporary Indigenous Fashion is an exhibition showcasing garments and textiles by First Nations artists from all across Australia.
This exhibition celebrates Indigenous art, history and culture through fashion.
This exhibition will feature art fashion by Grace Lillian-Lee, Babbarra Women's Centre, Marree Clarke, Hopevale Arts and Cultural centre and many more.

TABLE MATTERS
Ceramists Sharon Alpren, Cassie Hansen and Emma Jimson have come together to showcase their exhibition Table Matters.
This exhibition celebrates the art of dining and features a floral installation from Libertine Florists.

COMMUNITY EXHIBITION
This annual exhibition celebrates the diverse talent of the Central Goldfields community.
The Central Goldfields Shire and Avoca residents are welcome to submit entries for this exhibition.
Primary and secondary students can also enter our craft competition. Prizes have been sponsored by Maryborough Craft Shop Inc.
All visitors are encouraged to vote in the People's Choice Award.

CREATE SPACE
Create Space is a time for people to meet up, bring along a project to work on (sewing, drawing, sculpting, etc) and just be together in a safe, supportive environment.
This free program will be facilitated by qualified and experienced Art Therapist, Marcela Olea, to help assist the group in its formation.
There will be a large box of equipment and materials for people to use in their projects. Contributions to the box are welcome.
Places are limited to just eight people.
You will need to bring your own project.

SHARING PROCESS
The Greater Bendigo region has a community of First Nations artists whose cultural histories span all throughout Australia.
Sharing Process invites a selection of these artists to reflect upon cultural influences and celebrate with a variety of their works.

SUMMER OF CELLAR DOORS
Wineries throughout Heathcote will be featuring their new releases and showcasing their gardens and cellar doors at this weekend event.
There will be masterclasses, one off tasting experiences and much more.
More than 20 wineries will be open for all wine lovers.

TRUCK SHOW
Enjoy the Castlemaine Rotary Truck Show virtually with various events happening this Sunday
There will be a truck convoy for spectator viewing with departure from Campbell's Creek at Johnstone Street, which can also be viewed on Facebook live.
You can also enjoy a behind the scenes insight into heavy vehicle research, with former Senior Research Scientist with the Australian Road Research Board, Rod George.
And there will be a chance to hear author, Lorraine Day, who will share parts of her new book about the story Noel Buntine who built a multi-million dollar trucking empire.

DISCOVERING HISTORY
Take a look into history with this online seminar.
This event will examine women's experiences of life in a time before modern conveniences and a look into family farm life.
This event will be presented by Dr Ruth Ford and Dr Valerie Lovejoy from La Trobe University.

CROQUET CLUB
The Golden Square Croquet Club is a small club looking for new members to join in with the sport.
Croquet is a social game played with a heavy mallet and balls.
It can be competitive but is fun and a good way for older people to keep active.
The first six lessons are free to attend, with the group meeting Mondays and Fridays.
Please wear flat-soled shoes.
