POLICE have confirmed the man and woman who were found dead in a California Gully home were both aged 66.
A Victoria Police spokesperson said officers were preparing a report for the coroner, after the two bodies were found at the Pearce Street address just before 2pm on Thursday.
The spokesperson said the incident was still under investigation.
Police were not looking for anyone else in connection to the incident.

Police are investigating after two bodies were found at a home in California Gully this afternoon.
A Victoria Police spokesperson confirmed police were called to the Pearce Street address after the body of a female and a male were found just before 2pm.
The male and female are yet to be formally identified.
The exact cause of the deaths is yet to be determined.

The police spokesperson said detectives are not looking for anyone else in connection to the incident at this stage.
Emergency service crews have blocked off part of the California Gully street, and several police vehicles are on scene along with two Ambulance Victoria units.
