An 87-year-old man injured in a collision just outside Maryborough on Tuesday morning remains in a critical condition in hospital.
He was airlifted to the Royal Melbourne Hospital following a two-car crash on Derby Road.

An 87-year-old man has been airlifted to hospital in a critical condition following a crash on the outskirts of Maryborough.
The man suffered upper and lower body injuries when the car he was driving collided with another vehicle on Derby Road on Tuesday morning.
He was flown to the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

An 83-year-old woman, a passenger in the same vehicle, was taken by road ambulance to Ballarat Base Hospital in a stable condition with upper body injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle, a woman in her 60s, was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Acting Sergeant Nathan Guerin from Maryborough police said officers were still investigating the cause of the collision, but it appeared the crash occurred when a vehicle was exited a driveway onto the road.
Acting Sergeant Guerin said police would welcome any dash cam footage from motorists in the area at the time.

An air ambulance has been sent to the scene of a crash near Maryborough.
Paramedics are assessing three people, although the nature and seriousness of their injuries is not yet known.
Emergency services were called to Derby Road on Wednesday morning following reports of a two-vehicle collision.

Two people have reportedly been trapped in their vehicles following a crash just outside Maryborough on Tuesday morning.
Emergency services were called to the scene on Derby Road, between Maryborough and Daisy Hill, shortly before 11.30am.
SES crews have assisted with the extrication of at least one person from a vehicle.
Police, CFA and paramedics are also on scene.
