GISBORNE has added one of the Bendigo Football-Netball League's leading goalkickers from the 2018 season with the signing of Ethan Foreman.
Foreman kicked 58 goals for Kyneton in the 2018 season, finishing fourth in the league goalkicking before playing with Riddell in 2019.
However, when he returns to the BFNL next season it will be with the Tigers' arch-rivals, Gisborne.
"It's a good get for us. He lives in Gisborne and knows a lot of the boys and is looking to get back into major league again," Gisborne coach Rob Waters said on Tuesday.
"We see him being a part of our forward six, but he could also play as one of our inside or outside midfield rotations as well.
"We see him as a player we can flick around in a variety of roles and help to make us hard to match-up on."

The addition of Foreman for the Bulldogs comes on the back of Gisborne also recently signing 2016 Sandhurst premiership player Braidon Blake.
The Bulldogs have set Blake for the role of No.1 ruckman to replace Josh Grabham, who departed Gisborne after 2019 to join Riddell.
"We needed a new ruckman, so we're pleased we've been able to get Braidon on board," Waters said.
"We've got some blokes who can change in the ruck, but we see him as our No.1 ruckman."
At this stage the only departure from the team that would have taken to the field for Gisborne this year had the season not been cancelled is forward Jaidyn Owen, who is headed to Bacchus Marsh.
The Bulldogs - whose last game was the gut-wrenching four-point preliminary final loss to Eaglehawk in 2019 - began their pre-season on Monday night.
