SPRINT star Abbey Conquer from Bendigo Harriers achieved another winning double in Saturday's fourth round of the Flack Advisory Bendigo Region's track and field season.

Conquer reigned supreme in heats of the 100m and 400m.
The second of three sessions run throughout week four of the Welcome Back Series began with the women's 100m.
Racing with a wind reading of 2.5, it was Conquer who charged to the line in 12.88 seconds ahead of clubmates Caitlin Evans, 13.00, and Gretel Holmes, 13.35.
A highlight of session three was the 400m heats.
Conquer took out the first of the women's events in 1:02.08 from South Bendigo's Belle Guillou, 1:05.19, and Eaglehawk's Scarlett Southern, 1:05.42.
Another of the region's top sprinters, Cohuna's Kye Mason marked his return to competition at LUBAC in 100m.
It was a closely-fought finish between Mason, racing for Eaglehawk, and South Bendigo's James Woods as they clocked times of 11.48 and 11.64.
Earlier in the afternoon, Eaglehawk's Angus McKindlay won his 100m heat in 11.72 from clubmates Alec Colturi, 11.75, and Kenan Seebah, 11.75.
An athlete who has achieved the rare feat of being a Bendigo Thousand 120m and Black Opal 400m champion in Bendigo International Madison history, Glenn Stephens competed at Saturday's meet.
Racing for Eaglehawk, Stephens ran a time of 13.28 in his 100m heat as clubmate William Beaton won in 12.33.
South Bendigo's Oliver Muggleton added to his winning run as he took out the first of the 400m heats in 51.52 from Eureka's Luke Pagdham, 52.01.
Best at long jump were James Woods, 6.49m; Collingwood's Hunter Staples, 6.11m; Alec Colutri, 5.86m; Monique Gavriliadis 4.94m and Abbey Hromenko, 4.82m.
Those to show the way at javelin were James Woods, 42.32m; Angus McKindlay, 38.79m; South Bendigo's Emma Berg, 32.04m; and Jorja Hill, 29.04m.
Discus was won by Beaton, 26.77m.
