The Bendigo-born entrepreneur launched Vets On Call in 2018 and now has more than 4200 clients.
"I have been a pet owner my entire life," he said. "The first dog I had as an adult I took to vet and could see the opportunity to provide something more flexible and that could remove stress for pet owners.

"Since February this year we have tripled business. I think (coronavirus) lockdown certainly meant people were looking for a different means of service providers.
"We've certainly grown a lot faster than I thought we would.
Vets On Call provides the same capabilities as standard vet clinics, with the app able to order pharmaceuticals, X-Rays, organise surgery pick ups and drop offs and storage of pet medical information on their phones.
"I have ambitious goals for business," Mr Coleman said. "We are looking to expand to Sydney and Brisbane next year and be across the east coast in 18 months. I am really pleased how quickly we have grown.
"We have got over 150 vets, mainly in Melbourne but also in Bendigo and the Mornington Peninsula.
"Hopefully we will be national within two years and with that comes the recruitment of a lot more vets."
The Vets On Call app has earned Mr Coleman recognition as a finalist in the 7News Young Achiever Award and the Ernst & Young Indigenous Entrepreneur Achiever Of The Year Award.
"While I'm an entrepreneur, I'm the least techy entrepreneur there is," he said. "I started in property and went and partnered with some tech guys to build this.
"My skill been in leading the product side of things as pet owner and what I would want.
"I have been adamant that we need to provide the best care at the same standard in more convenient and less stressful way.
"Reducing stress from the consultation allows for better outcomes for the pets."
