One active case remains in the state with no coronavirus related deaths recorded in the past 24 hours.
The confirmation of a 23rd consecutive "donut day" comes as Victorians wait to hear from premier Daniel Andrews this morning.
Mr Andrews is expected to make announcements relating to restrictions being eased including rules around people wearing masks.
Yesterday, health minister Martin Foley confirmed Mr Andrews would address masks today.
"Masks continue to play an important role in keeping us safe," Mr Foley said on Saturday. "The public health advice will be underpinning our response and the premier will have more to say tomorrow."

Mr Andrews has refused to lift any restrictions earlier than he planned despite Victoria's run of days without a new case.
Restrictions expected to be eased further today include seeing gathering limits increase and patron caps and quotas going up for hospitality and recreation venues.
