Jackson Dole pleaded guilty in the Bendigo Magistrates' Court to charges including failing to stop and refusing to remain for an oral fluid test.
The court heard on March 9 this year, Dole was pulled over on Olympic Parade in Maiden Gully as part of a police preliminary testing station.

He provided his probationary licence to police when asked, but his car was not displaying any P Plates.
Dole underwent a preliminary breath test, which did not indicate any alcohol.
He then underwent a preliminary oral fluid test and was told to pull to the side of the road to wait for the results.
Dole started to follow the officer's directions but then accelerated off, overtaking another car in the testing station.
The court heard Dole continued to drive off even though he was ordered to stop.
Dole's car was also required to have an interlock device, but that was not present in the vehicle.
The preliminary oral fluid test showed there was an illicit substance in Dole's system.
Police attended Dole's address later that day, but he and his car were not there.
Dole attended the Bendigo Police Station later that evening where he admitted to being the driver of the car.

He also admitted his car did not have an interlock device and there were no P Plates displayed.
Dole's car was impounded and his licence was immediately suspended.
Dole told the court it was a "silly move" and that he "freaked out" when he was pulled over.
He told Magistrate Allan Spillane he had just purchased the car and didn't have a chance to install the interlock system.
Mr Spillane said Dole was pulling together a "very poor history".
"You will spend a long time off the road if you don't lift your game," the Magistrate said. "You're driving around as if the rules don't apply to you.
"If you get another driving offence, that might mean jail time. I'm happy to find that you panicked, but you didn't do yourself any favours by running away."
Dole was convicted and fined $750. His licence was cancelled and he was disqualified from driving for four years.
