At this year's competition, which was moved from Melbourne to Sydney, the bakery picked up two gold, a silver and two bronze medals for its pies and a bronze medal for its mince sausage roll.
Sam Billett, the bakery's second-year apprentice, also won a silver medal in the apprentice category for his plain chunky beef pie.
Other news:
Elmore Bakery co-owner Travis Wilson said it was good to get the results.
"Sam is super excited. He got third prize in the vanilla slice competition last year and is really enjoying his success and having fun," Mr Wilson said. "We are trying to train our staff well and pushing them to to the get next level and get excited for it.
"We have been entering pies (in competitions) for 10 years. I have been here for six but Nathan and Dee Bowes had had success before Leah and I joined the business. The gold standard is where you want to be."
The bakery's gold medals were for its chicken satay and pepper steak pies. The bakery's cauliflower and three cheese pie earned a silver medal while the chunky beef and mince pies each received a bronze medal.
"We were really excited," Mr Wilson said. "This is the third gold medal for the pepper steak, we are selling a lot more of them.
"The satay chicken was a new pie we put in that got amazing feedback, a lot of our customers were saying we should enter that one."
This year's competition was postponed by a few weeks and also moved from Melbourne to Sydney.
The move, combined with border restrictions between Victoria and New South Wales, meant Travis could not hand deliver the bakery's entries for the competition.
"They had tight restrictions up that way," he said. "They moved it to Sydney because it was a bit safer but did well to fit it in this year..
"We couldn't travel up, so had to ship them up through TNT. Normally we would cook them and hand deliver them and see them on display but we had to put it into other people's hands."
Mr Wilson is expecting a busy weekend in central Victoria this weekend with Melbourne residents now able to travel to regional Victoria.
"Coming out of restrictions, I think we will be flat out this weekend," he said.
